New Chief Commissioner

Mr Norman Boxall MBEOn behalf of the whole Association, we would like to congratulate Norman Boxall for receiving an MBE in the New Year’s Honours. Seventy-five years of Scouting and most of those years spent supporting young people - it is a fabulous achievement.

St. George's Day 2020

Every year our scout groups celebrate St. George's day. In 2020, everyone was self-isolating due to Coronavirus; so this is how one of our Scout Groups celebrated this year!

Scout Leaders take on Covid-19

The Covid-19 pandemic lockdown has changed scouting - but certainly not stopped it!

One of our groups took the initiative; making care packages and distributing them in their local community.

Investing in Our Leaders

The training bursary has funded caving, cycling, rock climbing, mountain leadership, canoeing.....

In 2011 the B-PSA launched an internal bursary scheme to train our leaders. The aim of this bursary fund is to promote skills development amongst our members to provide outdoor and traditional Scouting activities.
